I Am Remodeling A Condo Bathroom And Want To Know: Is There Is Any Way To Have Consistent Hot Water?

The mixer valve,or called a diverter valve that adjusts the hot / cold water now is made ( by code) with a piston that stops that problem even when a stool in the next room or the dish washer is put in use.
The water temp coming from that valve will remain a consistance temp as not to scald or freeze you. GL

An in-line water heater would solve that problem. they are fairly inexpensive and work very well. Switching to an in-line will also go far in lowering your gas or electric bill since they only heat water as you need it

It can be done, it is a valve that goes in line with the pipes. I can’t remember what it is called, call a plumbing supply store, they can tell you.

Instant hot water heater, you dont need your own unit just a return.
