The building is old (built 1903) and the water occasionally gets scalding hot in the shower if a neighbor uses water (eg- flushes a toilet) regardless of my shower settings. I am considering a remodel of the bathroom and was wondering if there is any way to correct for this so the water temperature is consistent irregardless of what others in the building are doing. Is this possible?
